The After School Drop-in Program
The after school program is open to all the children in the Ajax Community. Our staff specialize in helping your children build strong academic skills, positive leadership skills and confidence. Everyday between 4:00pm-5:00pm we have a homework help program to help your children prosper in there education. Once a month we have a baking day, field trip and a special movie night for your children to enjoy. The after school program runs from September till June each year.

Tutoring/Music Programs
The Kid's Place offer's a variety of music lessons with an instructor who has more than 10 years of experience conducting music lesson's. We offer drumming, guitar, piano and vocal lessons.
All of our tutors have a minimum of 5 years of tutoring experience along with a University degree. Tutoring is offered for all academic subjects. Every child that has been tutored by The Family Community Place/ Ajax Kid's Place has had tremedous success in their area of weakness.
"My daughter was in a french immersion school until grade 4. I then took her out of the french immersion program and found out that she was very behind. When she was in grade 8 I put her in the tutoring program at the Ajax kid's Place . By the end of the year her confidence level was extremely high towards education. The tutoring program taught her how to take effective notes in class and also taught her helpful study tips. Thank you !"

Wednesday Pizza Night
Every Wednesday from 4pm-5:30pm for only $2 we have unlimited pizza,a snack and a drink for your children. Along with many games, crafts, movies and alot of fun. Registration is limited, we only have 30 spots available. Call today to book your child's spot. Please note registration is on a weekly basis.
